Andy, 70, arrived in London from a violent 1958 Cyprus. As a young man he worked in West End restaurants in order to pay his way through college and with much hard work went on to set up his Leicester Square driving school. A couple of expat Kiwis with a mission to to "have everyone in the United Kingdom eating arancini, whenever the chance", Dave and his business partner (also a Dave) started rolling fresh sicilian style rice balls in 2009 for the London markets.
