25 Jan: Dave

A couple of expat Kiwis with a mission to to "have everyone in the United Kingdom eating arancini, whenever the chance", Dave and his business partner (also a Dave) started rolling fresh sicilian style rice balls in 2009 for the London markets. They have recently opened the Arancini Brothers Factory Cafe, where they also happen to make one of the best flat whites in town. Kentish Town, London.
